To create a link within one page, follow these steps.

First, you have to insert an anchor into a web-page.

Step 1.Choose a particular part of the page you want visitors to refer to (e.g., top of the page).

Step 2.Click   (insert anchor).Insert Anchor window opens. Name the anchor in this window (e.g., top).

To insert an anchor into the selected part of the page, click Insert Anchor.
To close this window, click Cancel.

Now you have to create a text and link it to the anchor.

Step 3. Create or select a text (e.g., go to top) on the same page where you have inserted the anchor in Step 2. The Anchor text will refer visitors to the place where you have inserted the anchor.

Step 4. Select the anchor text in the Editing Area and click  (create/edit link). Edit Link window opens.

Step 5. Enter the required information in the Edit Link window.
