To create or modify a link to an external web-page, click (create/edit link). Edit Link window opens. This tool can also be used for creating links within one page.
Note: select an item (text, image) in the Editing Area before creating a link.
Enter the required information in the Edit Link window.

URL – the URL of a specific web-page. Note: enter the full URL, including the http://www. prefix. Target Window – choose where you want the destination document to open: None opens the destination document in the same window; _blank opens the destination document in a new untitled browser window; _parent opens the destination document in the parent window of the browser displaying the current document; _self opens the destination document in the same window where the link was clicked replacing the current document; _top opens the destination document in the full body of the current window. This feature can be used to ensure that the destination document takes over the full window even if the original document was displayed in a frame. Anchor – leave this field empty.
To insert the link into the page, click Insert Link. To delete the existing link, click Remove Link. To close this window, click Cancel. To save changes on a page, click Save in the Editor window. |
